You Are What You Eat.

Hannah has a short list of 5 things she'll eat.

*

It fluxuates day to day. But this week, we are down to 3.

If you are what you eat, then Hannah is made of toast, cheese, and applesauce.

I've tried to hide other healthy foods inside the few she'll eat. She figures it out on the first or second bite and tosses it onto the floor without a second glance.

During meal times, she examines every bite before she eats it. Just to make sure that it's what she really wants to eat.

I'm sad to say, we've decided she get's it from me.

(That isn't gel in her hair, it's syrup.)

*Hannah likes to rub her head when she eats. Can you see the chunks?

Lets look at the positive. Her 3 preferred items could be A LOT worse.

And Grace can attest to the fact that food makes excellent hair product. That and boogers.

her "gel" makes her hair so cute and curly!!
I'm not a fan of the smell of syrup. Everytime we have waffles or pancakes and Brady gets it on him I always think he stinks!

good luck with the eating!! my Brady boy is 3 and still picky. I've been so frustrated with him- he won't eat Fast food becuz he doesn't like chicken nuggets or french fries, no hamburgers. The only fast food place we can take him to is Taco Bell for a cheese quesadilla! He does eat fruit, tho, and lots of it. At home, it's the same thing...he will only eat meals with rice. He does like fruit and veggies tho, so that's good!

Haha. My Cohen is a CHUNK and everyone asks me what I feed him. He is a total picky eater! He prefers the bottle still and I'm desperately trying to get him weaned (9months old!) however he will not sit still for me to spoon feed him ANYTHING. He is done after two bites. Oh, and he tends to rub his face when he is eating. So its: rub the mouth first, then rub the eyes. It gets EVERYWHERE! It's nice to know there is other picky eaters out there. I won't loose hope.

Oh the joys of feeding children. Don't stress too much, they go in spurts for years [eat, don't eat, binge, piece...] as long as she's not starving you're doing fine ;)

Shyre used to very specifically PLACE (twist) food into her hair. It was disgustingly entertaining.
