World, Meet Asher.

He was born Saturday Februrary 28, 2009.
He weighed 8 lbs. 5 oz.
















He's healthy, hungry, and sleepy.















We love our little baby boy.

My sweet mom stayed with us for 2 weeks to help.

It's such a huge feeling when you hold your child for the first time.

Killing Time.

My doctor said I wouldn't make it to my due date.
I'm due tomorrow... liar liar pants on fire.

So each day for the last week I've thought it would be the day.
It's been a very anti-climatic week.

Hopefully my next post will have a fourth person in the picture.

I'm A Terrible Mom.

I've reached the point where I just want to sit.

That means Hannah has to sit too... Not easy.

So, I'm training her to be a couch potato.

We practice everyday.

She's never been a T.V. watcher.
I'm trying to change that, so I can survive the next few months till summer.

I've only got a few days left to mold her into a vegetable.


















I'm a terrible mom.

It's All About Hannah.

And this is what came out.

She wanted a yogurt...


















And she painted her face and belly with it.

She wants to "help" when I make dinner...
























So I let her.
(She plays in the sink and gets water everywhere, but it keeps her busy)

And this is what Hannah looks like when we get around town. That weather cover is like an incubator. She is so toasty warm in there. Even when it's below zero. I don't even put gloves or a heavy jacket on her. (And yes, it has holes to let air in. I've been asked a few times.)


















Currently Hannah is obessed with peanuts, our neighbors cat (Pete), taking a bath with her pony (Hannah calls it a "shower"), counting to 20, and coloring all over our walls.
